Application：
Universal hose, remove electrostatic ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene lining, applicable to a variety of chemicals, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. Suitable for conveying chemicals in need in addition to electrostatic explosive environment.widely used in food and beverage industry, including health /health products and food.suitable for most liquid, high viscosity and powder materials. The FDA/USDA standards; The traditional cleaners and CIP process.
Technical Description:
■ Tube:White, no hole, smooth, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. Lined with black conductive stripe. The lining is smooth , good drainage, replacing medium for clean.
■ Cover:Blue moire EPDM liner. Wear resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance and ultraviolet resistance.
■ Reinforcement:Screw laminated composite fabrics, with double spiral steel
■ Temperature Range:-40˚C to 100˚C，Steam up to 288˚F(142˚C) max. 15 Minutes -open ended.
