Industrial hose is mainly composed of inner tube, reinforcing layer and outer tube. The inner tube is usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), chloroprene rubber (CR), acrylic rubber (ACM), etc. The reinforcing layer is usually made of high-strength synthetic rubber. The reinforcing layer is usually made of high-strength synthetic fibre or wire mesh to enhance the pressure resistance of the hose. The outer layer of tubing is usually made of anti-abrasion and anti-aging materials, such as chloroprene rubber (CR), acrylic rubber (ACM), etc.
